Received a wrong, damaged, or defective product, or an item with missing parts? Don’t worry, our support and operations team is ready to assist you promptly and efficiently. We are committed to providing our customers with exceptional service.

Return Policies & Procedure

Customers may return an incorrect, damaged, defective, or incomplete product. For damaged products, customers must notify the designated courier service and Dimac Auto within 7 days of delivery. For other issues, the return period is 7 days post-delivery. Concerns raised after 7 days of delivery are not covered by our policy. We regret any inconvenience this may cause.

The customer must meet the following conditions to return any product:

  1. Customers are required to get in touch with us within three days following the delivery.
  2. The product must be in a condition that is unused and suitable for resale.
  3. The product must be returned in its original packaging, which includes the brand’s or manufacturer’s box, an intact MRP tag, the user manual, and the warranty card.
  4. Customers are required to return the product complete with all included accessories and any free gifts provided.

Customers should reach out to our support team to report any issues with damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

Customers are required to provide or upload all necessary images and videos accompanied by a brief, detailed description to assist the team in investigating the case.

Product categories & conditions not eligible for return:

  1. Products with missing labels or accessories.
  2. Digital products.
  3. Products that have been tampered with or have missing serial numbers.
  4. A product that has been used or installed by the customer.
  5. Any product not in its original form or packaging.
  6. Refurbished products or pre-owned products are not eligible for returns.
  7. Products that are not damaged, defective, or different from what was originally ordered.

Refund Policies & Procedure

The refund process will commence once the returned product is received, inspected, and confirmed at our warehouse to meet the eligibility criteria. The outcome of the refund, whether approved or rejected, is contingent on the assessment conducted by our dedicated team.

After initiating a refund, the transaction typically takes 7-10 business days to be reflected in the original payment method, although this can vary based on the bank’s processing times. For further details, please reach out to our support team.

Policy on refunds for customs, duties, taxes, and VAT in instances of incorrect, damaged, or defective products, or items with missing components:

  1. If the customer was charged customs, duties, taxes, or VAT upfront by Dimac Auto, the amount will be refunded on the payment gateway.
  2. If the custom, duties, taxes, or VAT were not charged upfront by Dimac Auto, the amount will be refunded as Credit only.

Please be aware that customs duties, taxes, and VAT are non-refundable, unless in cases where the product delivered is incorrect, damaged, defective, or incomplete.
